The URTLG has a range of specialist tools available to assist members with their landcare activities.

If you live in the Upper River Torrens catchment (refer to the About us page for a map) and are a paid Upper River Torrens Landcare Group member, you may be eligible to apply for assistance for On-Ground Works (OGW). This could be either practical support and/or financial support for activities such as watercourse fencing and restoration or revegetation and weed control.

Maybe you need additional fire recovery landcare support because of the Cuddlee Creek 2019-20 Bushfire? Our OGW program is available each financial year if funding and resources permit.

If you think you meet the criteria, fill out the Expression of Interest (EOI) form, referring to the Guidelines. OGW involves practical action and activities on the ground to enhance, conserve and protect biodiversity. In addition, as a URTLG member, you will have the opportunity to borrow equipment to use on your property for landcare purposes. If you are unsure how to proceed in applying through this process, get in touch with us directly at torrenslandcare@gmail.com.
