We will be undertaking various activities which will include another walk and weed session, where we will focus on weeding along and off the track to the exclosure, within the exclosure (if needed) and in the creekline.

We will also check out how the plants are faring in these dry conditions. In addition, we will be planting Liz’s Maroonhoods (Pterostylis pedunculata), which she has been growing for some time. The species is a common orchid and endemic to south-eastern Australia.

We will find a suitable spot in the exclosure, plant, water and pin them. We will also check the rain gauge. Cross your fingers and toes that we have something to record!

Hope to see you next month on Sunday 22 June, 2:00-4:30pm.
